PNY Launches 2GB Micro SD Card

PNY Technologies Logo

PNY Technologies has expanded its range of mobile flash memory solutions with the launch of its 2GB Micro SD card.

The micro SD card has become the format of choice for the latest mobile phones due its very small footprint. A 2GB Micro SD card can store up to 34 hours of MP3s, 12 hours of MPEG-4 videos or thousands of photos.

The PNY Micro SD card comes with an SD adapter which can be used in standard SD Secure Digital slots. It’s fully compatible with all mobile phones, digital still cameras, camcorders, as well as PDAS and MP3 players that support mini formats.

The PNY 2GB Micro SD card is priced in the UK at £17.50 or about $35. (Things, we find out, are actually priced a bit higher in the UK than in the U.S., and it’s not because of the monarchy.)

I just returned from a trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. I purchased a 2 GB SD card for my Kodak Easy Shot camera. I have 550 photos on the card and my computer digital slot will not read the files and I cannot download direct from the camera. The error message states that the files are in an incompatible format. Do you have any suggestions for getting my photos off of this disk so I can print them etc?
