It used to be known as the San Diego Photo Expo, and it has grown to be Southern California’s most successful photography event, so they changed the name to accommodate its growing scope and prestige.
Photo Expo West 2007 returns on November 10 and 11, bigger and better than ever with a new name and a larger and improved venue at the Del Mar fairgrounds in San Diego.
It will feature exhibits from the big players in the photography industry – Bogen, Canon, Nikon, Delkin, Epson, Westcott, Gitzo, HP, Kurt’s, Leica, Lensbabies, Lowepro. Manfrotto, Pentax, Sony and Tamron to name a few.
The expo will also hold seminars and workshops to be conducted by very well-known names in the industry: Douglas Kirkland, Don Gale, Hanson Fong, Eddie Tapp, Bill Fortney and Tony Corbel.
Experts from Canon, Epson, Nikon, Pentax, Tamron, Sony and other top name brands will also be on hand to answer questions from the public.
Admission is free and it’s open to the public, although you might have to reserve for a seat in the seminars because the seating capacities are limited.
