MediaSub, a manufacturer of underwater equipment for photographers, has revealed that it will be offering an underwater case for Nikon’s new D80 digital camera, with a release date of October 2006.
The case features seawater-resistant stainless steel clasps for secure housing and stainless steel control buttons. It is made of carbon fiber and can withstand depths up to 80 meters. Handles are included, as well as a leak warning system, an optimal view finder, and an interchangeable port-hole.
Prices should be in the neighborhood of $2050.
