The Konica Minolta brand is alive and well, thank you, and it is holding its “Connect for Growth 07†conference in New Orleans. Now, there’s an apt metaphor for you, Konica Minolta and New Orleans, both reconstructing and rising from their respective storms.
The Konica Minolta we’re talking about here of course is the same Japan-based company that has stood for more than a century, minus its camera division which has been taken over by Sony. Its official name: Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc., with products now centered mainly on its bizhub brand of office printers and copiers.
In its “Connect for Growth†conference, to be held Feb. 6-8, 2007, Konica Minolta will host some 800 dealers and partners from throughout North America who will hear senior company executives talk about the company’s new marketing goals and programs.
