Joby Gorillapod Goes Mobile

Gorillapod Go-Go! Mobile Entertainment Kit

Joby Inc.’s Gorillapod tripod goes mobile with the launch of its Go-Go! Mobile Entertainment Kit. This new contraption allows users to position or attach their hand-held devices anywhere, perfect for cell phones, MP3/MP4 players, PDAs and digital cameras.

Weighing only 45.2g and measuring 15x3x3cm, the Gorillapod Go-Go! consists of ball-and-socket joints and covered with rubberised rings to provide a better grip. That dexterity allows users to position the Gorillapod Go-Go! anywhere – a chair, lamppost, stair rail or tree limb.

Aside from the standard adapter screw for attaching a digital camera, the Gorillapod Go-Go also includes a suction cup that holds firmly onto a variety of surfaces and two clips with double-stick adhesive.
