The I3A, or International Imaging Industry Association has announced the program for its 61st Annual Conference. Dubbed Inspiring Imaging Innovation, to be held at The Curtis Hotel in Denver on June 6-8, 2007, the conference will explore such topics as fluidic lenses, single-pixel imaging, image stabilization and many others.
The keynote address by analyst Steve Hoffenberg of Lyra Research will analyze the future of imaging technology. The conference will also feature photographer David Doubilet who has photographed over 60 stories for the National Geographic Magazine where he is currently a Contributing Photographer-in-Residence.
The event will take an in-depth look at the emerging technologies that will fuel success in the constantly evolving imaging industry, while exploring accompanying business challenges and formulating the next steps to turn those challenges into opportunities for all sectors of the imaging industry.
The Annual Conference is also the occasion for I3A’s Annual Achievement and Safety Award presentations.
