Wacom is celebrating 25 years of service to the graphics community by introducing three Intuos3 Special Edition pen tablets for serious photographers, designers and artists.
The Special Edition – which comes in 6×8, 6×11 and 9×12-inch sizes – boasts a refined and sophisticated black and gun metal gray color scheme that Wacom assures would look good on any desk.
The Intuos3 Special Edition includes the following:
- Wacom’s Classic Pen, in addition to the Intuos3 Grip Pen, for those seeking a different look and feel.
- A Professional Accessory Kit that includes five standard nibs, five felt nibs, five stroke nibs, five flex nibs, an alternate pen grip without side switch holes, one nib removal tool and one replacement side switch.
- Transparent Overlay to substitute with the traditional Gray Overlay should the need arise.
- A new creative software application package from Corel, available on September 27 to Intuos3 Special Edition customers only through the Wacom Privileges program at: http://www.wacomoffers.com/SpecialEdition.
These serious tools have serious prices: $369 for the 6×8, $409 for the 6×11 and $489 for the 9×12. There’s of course Wacom’s Graphire models if you want the more affordable ones.
