Two New Budget All-in-One Photo Printers from Canon

Canon MP470 and MP210 All-in-One Photo Printers

Canon USA today announced two new all-in-one photo printers geared for students and moms who want the functionalities of a scanner, copier and printer in one convenient package.

The $100 Canon MP470 Photo AIO features a 1.8″ flip-up LCD panel so you can preview the photos you are printing; it’s Pictbridge-compliant so you may print directly from your camera. It also offers an optional $50 Bluetooth adapter, in case you’re the wireless type.

The $80 Canon MP210 AIO features an Advanced Z-Lid expansion top to help scan bulkier items and high-speed USB 2.0 and PictBridge connections. The Advanced Z-Lid expansion top allows the student to place large notebooks or materials for scanning on the platen glass and holds them down for a better copy or scan.

Both AIOs boast approximately 46-second 4″ x 6″ borderless photo printing speeds, up to 22 ppm in black and up to 17 ppm in color and the new AutoImage Fix and Quick Start features.
