Shown above is the ProKit standard reflector with diffuser from the SpeedLight Pro Kit company. It is one among a pack of light modifiers designed to be attached to a flash to provide more desirable lighting than a bare flash allows. This product originated from Malaysia (AdStudioSolutions.com) and has now found its way into the UK.
The company said the ProKit Flash Accessory Pack from SpeedLightProKit is aimed at professionals and enthusiasts who want to get the most out of flash lighting. It consists of a reflector hood that fastens to the flash light with a non slip Velcro strap, a diffuser panel and a large honeycomb panel, both of which fit into the reflector and two smaller honeycombs each with their own hood.
The whole kit weights just under half a kilogram and can fit nicely in a small bag. It’s priced at about £80 in the UK.
