Sigma Teaser Site Confirms SD14 DSLR
On September 26th, the opening day of Photokina 2006 in Cologne, Germany, Sigma will formally announce its SD14 digital SLR camera. This news is essentially confirmed by the content of a Sigma teaser website launched today.
The website, www.sigma-sd14.com, hinted at a new image sensor that could capture three colors per pixel. This is widely believed to be the higher resolution Foveon X3 image sensor.
