Pentacon Announces Praktica DVC 5.1 HD Camcorder
Pentacon has rolled out the Praktica DVC 5.1 HD digital camcorder. The new videocam supports NTSC / PAL / HD 720P resolution at 30 frames per second.
The DVC 5.1 can also take still photos at 3 megapixels (2048×1536), 5 megapixels (2576×1932) and at an interpolated 8-megapixel resolution (3264×2448). It has a built-in 32MB of memory and uses SDHC for additional storage.
This smallish camcorder measures 130×56x68mm and weighs only 292grams. It offers USB 2.0, Video out, and HD out connectivity and a generously sized 3-inch LCD display.
