Olympus Europe Offers Free Power Grip, Backpack for E-3 Buyers
Olympus Imaging Europa GmbH is offering a free HLD-4 power grip and an E-System pro backpack for buyers of their E-3 professional Four Thirds format DSLR camera.
But they don't just give it to you outright when you buy the camera. For whatever corporate reason, you have to go through a bit of an involved process to get the freebies.
It doesn't seem too much trouble, though. You just have to register your E-System camera officially by December 31, 2007 and post, fax or email your purchase receipt to Olympus.
There are instructions here to get the free power grip, and here for the backpack. Can't they just give it in one go? They'll make happier customers that way.
