Wow guys,
What happened to Ric? His website is offline and he is no longer active on flickr….
I think he has quite a fanbase on your group and among your podcast listeners……
Maybe you could invite him on your show. I think this might be very interesting. Even if he completely hates photography now….I hope not.
We not only want to hear the successful stuff. I like to hear about real feelings. About what artists really think, what bothers them, just like what bothers me.
Even if you don't invite him maybe you could give us listeners an update.
Kind regards,
Janko

I was wondering what happened to Ric after hearing his interview. This is what i found posted to his old webpage on September 15th 2007 thanks to archive.org.
"A message to all my friends, family and fans out there. I have decided to stop photography for the time being. There are a few new opportunities in my life I have decided to pursue so as of now I have quit photography. I was told once if you truly love something you have to be willing to give it up to see if it will comeback. I reached that point with photography. I'm glad to have been able to work with such wonderful people and I hope to always stay in contact with all of you in the future. -Ric Diaz"
I have to admit I really didn't like Ric but really wanted to see his work, he kind of came off as know it all sort of person who was trying to portray them self as an expert. To be clear this i snot a knock on Ed or Bill they did a great job as always.
