Fujifilm today announced three new cameras in their FinePix lineup, topped by the long-zoom SLR-styled FinePix S5700, a 7-megapixel 10x optical zoom camera for advanced amateur photographers.
Fuji says the S5700, with a 2.5-inch LCD screen and ISO 1600 light sensitivity, offers advanced features at an affordable $250 price. It will come out in March 2007.
The new FinePix A900 and A820 models feature nine and eight megapixels respectively, with identical specs in all other areas: Fujifilm’s signature Super CCD sensor technology, a 4x Optical zoom lens and ISO levels of up to ISO 800. Both A-models will be in stores in May this year with prices of $200 for the A900 and $180 for the A820.
