Fancy a mouse replacement that costs more than your PC?
The Wacom Cintiq 12WX pen display, above, announced last October, is now available for about $1000. The Cintiq 12WX allows direct pen-on-screen input with its new low-profile, lightweight and flexible design.
The 12WX, with a 12.1″ TFT display, is aimed at professional digital content creators who do storyboarding for 2D or 3D animations, compositing for post production, designing graphics, as well as retouching photos.
Also available now from Wacom is their new Cintiq 20WSX, a wide-format desktop interactive pen display featuring a 20.1†widescreen LCD with a 1680×1050 resolution for a 16:10 aspect ratio.
The Cintiq 20WSX is priced at about $2000.
