TweetPhoto is a new free photo sharing service primarily for users of the Twitter messaging network, the popular micro-blogging service which allows users to communicate world-wide in short messages of 140 characters or less via the Internet.

TweetPhoto allows users to easily upload and automatically publish links to photos on Twitter. The new service boasts many toolsets currently unavailable on other sites which make photo sharing on Twitter convenient and transparent.

TweetPhoto claims to improve the photo consumption experience by extending the life of photos beyond the tweet. TweetPhoto is a company separate from Twitter. It is powered by Rackspace Hosting’s flagship cloud offering, Cloud Sites which is a scalable platform for handling huge traffic spikes and a pay-as-you-grow pricing model.
