The Flower Fields: Immerse Yourself in Color

The Flower Fields in Carlsbad, California

The flowers begin to bloom in March for The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch in California. And they are inviting the public to come and celebrate Spring with them amid the radiant burst of color as the flowers bloom.

The spectacle will last for ten weeks only. During this time, fifty acres of the famous Giant Tecolote Ranunculus, 50 different varieties of roses in the All American Rose Garden and the world famous Ecke poinsettias will transform the seaside landscape into vibrant waves of color.

The Flower Fields is the only commercial ranunculus field in the world that is open to the public. The Flower Fields entertains and educates over 100,000 visitors of all ages from morning to dusk with flourishing gardens and community activities. Guests can walk the fields and explore the abundant floral color or tour the entire ranch on an exciting tractor ride that is fun for the whole family, young and old.

Bring along your camera while enjoying the view, and take photos of the various flowers in bloom. As a matter of fact, there’s a photography workshop on April 22 and a photo contest that culminates on April 30. Check out details at the link below.
