SanDisk Launches SD, MS Duo ExpressCard Adapter

SanDisk ExpressCard Adapter for SD Cards and Memory Stick Duo Cards

SanDisk has announced a $30 ExpressCard adapter that can be used for fast transfer of data from SD and Memory Stick Duo memory cards, no cables needed.

The SanDisk Multi Card ExpressCard Adapter accepts six card formats: SD, SDHC, MultiMediaCard, MMCplus, Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick PRO Duo and Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo.

“We expect ExpressCard to completely replace the PC Card standard in the near future, so offering an ExpressCard adapter which integrates many popular card formats is a natural move for SanDisk,” said Matthijs Hutten, Senior Product Marketing Manager at SanDisk.

The new adapter will be in U.S. stores this month.
