The UK’s Royal Photographic Society (RPS) announces its workshop program for the first half of 2009. From January to April, a number of exciting additions have been introduced to the already packed schedule, the RPS said.

New for this year is the ‘Fashion Photography’ workshop where participants will have the opportunity to work in a professional studio with a fashion photographer and models during the one day course.

Another new addition to the 2009 program is the ‘Product Photography’ workshop; ideal for anyone interested in product photography, whether it is for their own or commercial use.

Working in partnership with Cheltenham Photo Studios, attendees will be presented with four very different environments to work in and shown how each requires specialized knowledge and experience. The variety of shots taken throughout the day will then be critiqued by the tutor. The workshop costs £98 and will take place on Saturday 17th January and Saturday 14th March from 10am-5pm.
