PNY Tech to Donate $100,000 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Memory card maker PNY Technologies is donating $100,000 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as part of the 2008 Thanks and Giving campaign to help find cures for pediatric cancer and other deadly diseases. PNY is also holding a family photo contest to raise more money for the hospital.

St. Jude in Memphis, Tenn., is the only pediatric cancer research and treatment facility where no child is ever turned away because of the family’s inability to pay. With an average of 5,400 patient visits annually and research findings shared with doctors and scientists worldwide, the hospital depends on corporate and public contributions for it to thrive.

PNY is encouraging parents and customers to donate through its “Let Our Memory Capture Your Memories” photo contest by including donation and contest information in specially marked packages of select SD memory cards and USB flash drives. Details at the link below.
