Pentax K-7 DSLR Firmware Version 1.01 Available

Pentax K-7 DSLR

Pentax has posted Firmware Version 1.01 for its flagship K-7 digital SLR camera, updating the software for improved general stability and performance.

The update site mentions a rare issue where the camera’s AF function may become unstable when the left-end focus point is selected. This has been addressed in the firmware update.

Also, the new firmware adds a new function, [Operate at AF point “SEL”] on [Custom] menu. It can be selected by either [1 Calling Function Preference] or [2 Select AF point Preference].
