OneLight Workshop on DVD Launches This Thursday Aug 21

The 2-disc DVD OneLight Workshop launches this Thursday, August 21, 2008, aiming to bring novice photographers up from the basics to getting started with gear to getting out there and shooting.

The OneLight Workshop on DVD is presented by Atlanta-based editorial photographer Zack Arias, who regularly conducts his popular workshops with the same title.

The 2-disc DVD has a total running time of about 4 hours and it includes a 20-page book with more info about the images shot for the DVD and other images with lighting diagrams, a pocket guide to keep in your bag while shooting.

The OneLight Workshop on DVD covers:

1) Exposure Variables (Aperture, Shutter Speed, Flash Power, Flash to Subject Distance, and ISO)

2) Gear – Flashes (Hotshoe and Alien Bee), stands, triggers, modifiers, etc.

3) Shooting – Follow along with 4 individual shoots indoors and on location as well as shooting a 4-piece band, an example of shooting more than one person with one light.

4) Workflow – Working the images in Lightroom.

All pre-sale orders of the 2-disc DVD have been shipped out, according to Zack, and they’ll be offering the set on Thursday at a one-day sale price of $225; it will be $250 for 30 days after that, thence to its regular price of $275.

Zack Arias will be featured on an upcoming podcast here at StudioLighting.net.
