Olympus has announced three new cameras in the PEN series: the E-P3 (pictured above), E-PL3 and the PM1, offering the portability of a point-and-shoot and promising DSLR image quality using interchangeable lenses.
All three new cameras sport a new 12.3-megapixel Live MOS Image Sensor, TruePic VI Image Processor, high ISO of 12,800, a re-engineered autofocus system, full 1080i HD video with Dolby Digital sound recording, newly designed user interfaces and a variety of Art Filters and built-in creative features.
The PEN E-P3 is the flagship model in the PEN family. It features a classic, all-metal design and boasts the world’s fastest autofocus.
The PEN E-PL3 offers a tilting 3-inch to allow shooting from extraordinary angles from overhead or from down below.
The PEN PM1 is the smallest and lightest Olympus PEN. It is available in six stylish colors (purple, pink, brown, white, silver and black) and features a new and simplified user interface as well as a streamlined button structure so mothers and kids can easily use them,
