Derrick Story, author of the new book The Digital Photography Companion, is doing a free Webcast this Thursday, March 27 at 10:00am PDT. In the 30- to 45-minute Webcast, Derrick will explain how to shoot quality pictures you can be proud of, not just the usual run-of the-mill snapshots every body makes.
He says there are 5 ways to make your pictures look a cut above those snapshots we typically see, and he will show these five ways in the Webcast.
You have to book for a slot, though; attendance is limited so the people who are organizing this Webcast are requiring those interested to register first (although if this is a Webcast, I really don’t see why it should be limited. Maybe their server would crash if a million of us would peek in?).
The meeting link for registered attendees is http://oreilly.com/go/webcast-story with two dial-in numbers:
• East Coast U.S.: +1 (617) 231-0350 and pin 8136507
• West Coast U.S.: +1 (213) 455-0500 and pin 8136507
