New Leaf Paper of San Francisco, CA is introducing to the market a new type of coated paper made entirely from recycled materials.

The company says their New Leaf Sakura 100 is manufactured from 100% post-consumer waste (PCW), compared with other recycled coated papers in the U.S. which contain only 10 to 30 percent PCW.

New Leaf Sakura is touted to offer exceptional printability and detailed imagery reproduction. According to NLP President Jeff Mendelsohn, Sakura 100 has a beautiful surface quality.

“Designers like the sheet because of its ability to reproduce vibrant photography and graphic imagery, and printers appreciate how well it runs on press,” Mendelsohn said.
