Beginning in late March, Lexar will be selling Kodak-branded SD cards in packs of two, three or four 1GB cards, as well as 2-packs of 2GB cards. Consumers will also be able to purchase a combination package that includes both a Kodak 2GB SD card and a compact Kodak 128MB Picture Card UFC Drive, a new form factor developed by Lexar that serves as both a memory card and a USB flash drive.

The multi-pack and combo deals are designed to offer discounted prices and make it attractive for users to buy Lexar memory cards.

In another announcement, Lexar said it has increased the capacity of its popular Platinum II flash memory card line-up by introducing a Platinum II 4GB CompactFlash card and Platinum II 2GB and 4GB Memory Stick PRO Duo flash cards. The new cards will be available also in late March.
