Kodak Gold 200: Film is Here to Stay

Kodak Gold 200 35mm Film

People have not really stopped using film, despite the prevalence of digital cameras, and so Eastman Kodak has introduced a new consumer film – the Kodak Gold 200 – for taking high-quality pictures.

It turns out that there are people who use both digital and film cameras and Kodak is there to provide a choice. People are “choosing Kodak films almost three times more than the next leading competitor,” according to Julian Baust, UK Country Manager, Eastman Kodak Company.

Baust said Kodak has improved the emulsion to provide brighter color, while maintaining the combination of color saturation, color accuracy, and sharpness in the film. Kodak Gold 200 is an excellent option for picture-taking under general lighting conditions, he said.
