JOBO Rolls Out 8.4-Inch Photo Display PDJ801 and PDJ800

JOBO AG has announced two new digital picture frames – the JOBO Photo Display PDJ801 and PDJ800 – both featuring an 8.4” 800×600 resolution TFT color LCD display with a contrast ratio of 500:1 and user adjustable brightness.

The JOBO PDJ801 ($180) has an internal memory of 1GB to store up to 8,000 pictures, while the PDJ800 ($160) has 128MB of built-in memory for about 800 photos. Both photo frames support virtually all of the more popular memory card formats: CF, SD, MMC, MS, MS Pro and xD.

The new frames can also display a calendar and the time, and feature an integrated alarm clock. They include AC power adapters and can be powered on and off automatically by a timer. The PDJ801 features an integrated rechargeable 1500 mAh Li-Ion battery.
