ImageRights Offers Free Online Service to Introduce Image Protection Technology

ImageRights International is offering a free version of its online image recognition and recovery service to help photographers and illustrators fight image piracy.

The offer is to protect up to 10,000 of your own images. Once you have uploaded your images for protection, the company’s visual search and crawler technology will continuously scan millions of websites and blogs.

It then detects where the customers’ images have been used, even if the stolen photos have been altered, cropped, rotated or color adjusted. The customer receives a full report, including a picture of the original image, its use online, and the URL and ownership information for the website where it was found.

It starts from there. They also offer Basic, Standard and Pro Packages for monthly fees of $10, $20 and $40, respectively.
