High Dynamic Range (HDR) Mastery Course by Ben Willmore on xTrain.com

xTrain.com has added Photoshop expert Ben Willmore‘s High Dynamic Range (HDR) Mastery Course to its track of online digital photography courses.

The new course shows learners step-by-step how to master High Dynamic Range (HDR) to produce stunning photos that shows great detail even in its extreme highlights and shadows.

HDR is the process of taking a sequence of exposures of a scene, and combining them to lighten the underexposed areas and darken the overexposed areas of the image to better simulate what the eye would actually see.

In Ben’s online course, students will see how to best choose subjects for HDR, such as watching for movement, clouds, sensor dust, and when to find the ideal light to master HDR. Ben also shows learners how to merge exposures to enhance or add an illustrative effect to their photographs.

Note: The course requires PhotoMatix Pro & Photoshop. If learners would like to purchase PhotoMatix Pro, a special discount code is given to purchase this additional software.
