Gunther Deichmann Holds Photo Workshops

Gunther Deichmann Photo Workshops

FiNS diving magazine Associate Editor Gunther Deichmann has an ongoing series of photography workshops, exploring the new possibilities opened up by digital photography, and offering new ways to improve your workflow.

The workshops are for advanced amateurs and experienced professionals who want to gain insight into how to make better photographs for editorial, stock sales or for personal satisfaction. A digital SLR camera capable of capturing RAW images is required. Students are encouraged to bring their own laptop.

The workshops take place in exotic locations like Cambodia and Bali, so aside from getting Gunther’s expertise, you’ll also have beautiful scenery to shoot. Typical days will involve discussions and practice on exposure and capture techniques in the mornings, and instruction on the use of Aperture and Photoshop in the afternoons and evenings.

Gunther is a certified Apple Pro trainer for Aperture software.
