ENTER Online Magazine Issue #10 Now Available

ENTER Online Magazine Issue #10

The 10th issue of ENTER online magazine is now available from the World Press Photo website. If you’re into serious photography, travel, journalism or all of these things, this free online magazine is worth a look.

In this edition, former BBC head Chris Cramer discusses the perils of journalism (think war, thugs and bombs), and what a photojournalist should do to minimize the risks. Italian photographer Sirio Magnabosco is also featured in the Masterclass section.

ENTER also looks at the works of Turkish freelance photographer Gülbin Özdamar who spent time photographing Romany people when she was living in the Czech Republic, Professor José Chuquiure Alva for his Passion of Christ photo-documentary and Indian-born photographer Manish Swarup for his news stories in Asia and Afghanistan.

The free online magazine also answers the question: What is the best methods to use for doing research before a photojournalist sets out to shoot a story? The answers come from not one but four experts in the field: American photographer Steve McCurry, Russian photographer Sergey Maximishin, Brazilian photographer João Kehl and Swiss-born photographer Michaël Zumstein.
