How do you create panoramic photos with Photoshop? With Photomerge, of course. After opening your set of photos to be merged in Photoshop CS and above, go to File > Automate > Photomerge. A dialogue box opens to do your bidding.

A blog out there explains this in detail with “How to Create Panoramic Photos with Photoshop CS Photomerge” describing how to go about it.

There are also some advance blending options you can tweak to make your panoramic photos more appealing.
