Apple Aperture 1.5.3 Update Now Available

Apple Aperture 1.5.3 Update

Apple’s update for its Aperture workflow software, Version 1.5.3, is now available for download. It addresses several issues having to do with overall reliability and performance.

These issues include generation of thumbnails for adjusted images, entering and exiting full screen mode, working with large sets of keywords in the Keywords HUD and restoring from a vault.

Version 1.5.3 is a recommended and free update for all Aperture users. You need to sign in with your Aperture serial number to get the update.

It is also recommended that you download and install the Mac OS X 10.4.9 update to add support for RAW files captured by the new Leica Digilux 3; new digital SLRs from Nikon, Pentax, Panasonic, and Samsung; and the complete lineup of medium-format digital backs from Leaf Photography.
