Adorama, Nikon Hold Capture NX 2 Workshop in New York

Workshops @ Adorama

Adorama and Nikon are sponsoring a workshop in New York City on how to use the new Capture NX 2 photo editing software. Introducing Capture NX 2: Powerful Tools for Quick & Easy Photo Editing will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at the Adorama Building on 42 West 18th St., NYC.

The workshop will be conducted by Michael Rubin, Senior Manager, Product & Software for Nikon Inc. This class is suited for individuals at all levels who are interested in learning the best practices for working with their photos on their computer, so they can spend more time taking pictures instead of editing them. Nikon ViewNX and Transfer will also be covered.

Participants will learn how to choose the best camera settings for later editing, transfer photos to the computer, select and quickly edit photos, work with more difficult photos and use non-destructive photo editing techniques.

There’s a $25 seminar fee, but this will also get participants a $25 coupon that they can use when they buy stuff at Adorama.
