9th DSLR Photography Workshop At Sea March 29 April 6, 2009

The 9th Digital Photography Workshop At Sea embarks on a week-long voyage from March 29 to April 6, 2009 in the Southern Caribbean. The cruise will tour the picture perfect ports of Ft. Lauderdale FL, St. Maarten, St. Lucia and St. Kitts.

On board the cruise ship Miracle, participants will be immersed in lectures, hands-on demonstrations and critiquing sessions by five photo professionals. Professional photographers Arthur H. Bleich, Steven Katzman, Dan Loffler, Christine Walsh-Newton and Ron Wolfe will personally mentor cruise participants on the fine points of DSLR photography.

Workshop participants will also learn how to exhibit and market their work, print, mat and frame color and B&W images, create a web photo gallery and publish their own photo books. Also offered will be one-on-one Photoshop and Photoshop Elements sessions at individual skill levels.

All-inclusive costs begin at $2,332, with non-attendee companions paying less than half. Cruise organizers said each enrollee will also receive up to $1,000 in hardware and software. The workshop is limited to 20 attendees.
