Visioneer Now Bundles OneTouch with VRS Scanning Tech

Visioneer Logo

A new technology to automatically improve the quality of every scanned image? Visioneer boasts so. Says their scanners now come with both Visioneer OneTouch and Kofax VRS (Virtual ReScan) technologies that result in scanned images that are of the best quality possible in one simple step.

You may recall that in 1998 Visioneer was among the first to place buttons in front of scanners so users can just press one button and the scanning process begins, doing away with the many steps that used to be required to scan. They have refined that since then.

But not all documents are crisp and clean, some need a few more adjustments to come out crisp and clean. That’s the job for VRS technology by Kofax.

It used to be that you either use OneTouch or VRS, not both. Well, not anymore says Visioneer. They have integrated both solutions in their Visioneer and Xerox DocuMate scanners, so documents come out crisp and clean in one easy go. Promise.
