Updated Nikon Camera Control Pro 2.4.0 Supports D3x DSLR

Nikon has released Version 2.4.0 of its Camera Control Pro software, which allows users to remotely control a camera from a computer via wired or wireless connection with a Nikon Wireless Transmitter.

Enhancements in this version include:

• Support for the D3X.
• Support for Mac OS X version 10.5.5.
• Time lapse photography was not terminated when the destination disk became full. This issue has been resolved.
• After shooting using the Shoot or AF and Shoot button with the D2H, the Camera Control Pro window failed to respond. This issue has been resolved.
• Changes made to D50 Custom Settings from the Camera Control Pro 2 Custom Settings dialog were not recognised by the camera. This issue has been resolved.
