Transcend T.photo 720 with Automatic Orientation Sensor

The Transcend T.photo 720 digital picture frame senses its orientation and appropriately adjusts its screen for either portrait or landscape display. Transcend calls it the AOS, for Automatic Orientation Sensor.

The new photo frame features a 7-inch widescreen TFT panel with 800×480 resolution and supports most popular digital camera JPG and BMP formats. It can also play back movies and videos, with support for AVI, MOV, MPG, MP4, 3GP and Motion JPEG video formats; the T.photo also functions as a full-featured MP3 player and an FM radio with up to 20 station presets.

The Transcend T.photo 720 has 2GB of internal memory and comes with a special new MobileCard slot for direct input of microSD and M2 cards, which makes it convenient to view pictures or video clips from cell phones.

Transcend’s T.photo 720 digital photo frame is now available in either black or white versions at $129, before taxes.
