Toshiba Launches DPF7XSE Photo Frame

Toshiba is the latest entry into the digital photo frame derby, throwing its hat into the ring with its DPF7XSE model, a stunning looker with a 7-inch TFT display.

Toshiba’s photo frame has 256MB of built-in flash memory and is ready to take in more with its card reader for SD, MMC, CompactFlash and Memory Sticks. Its USB 2.0 port also allows inputs from USB flash drives and other mass storage devices.

Its greatest asset though is its design. At the center of its floating screen design is an 800 x 480 native resolution screen with 2x 1W dual stereo speakers that support MP3, WMA, DivX and Mpeg4 playback

The new photo frame is one of Toshiba’s displays at its booth at IFA 2007 currently in full swing in Berlin.
