The 22nd Eddie Adams Workshop Reels Off Oct 9-12

Barnstorm XXI 2008

100 of the world’s most promising young photojournalists are attending the 22nd Eddie Adams Workshop, also known as “Barnstorm,” in upstate New York from October 9 to 12. The 4-day workshop is tuition-free; attendees are selected based on their portfolios.

Over the course of the workshop, students will be mentored by top professionals in the industry. They will be exposed to many types of photography including photojournalism, fine art photography, studio portraiture, underwater work, long-term projects, and conflict photography.

Nikon will provide access to professional camera equipment such as the D3, D3X, D700 and D300s. The company is also awarding a $10,000 grant to the top student from the Barnstorm XXII Workshop.
