Tamron Photo Workshops 2007

A Tamron photo workshop reels off tonight (7pm-9:30pm) at the New York Camera & Video, 1139 Street Road, Southampton, PA hosted by award-wining photographer Don Gale. He will demonstrate the capabilities of a 1:1 macro lens and zooms with macro capabilities among others.

This is part of the Tamron Photo Workshops 2007, a series of hands-on, in-the-field photo workshops led by respected professional photographers being conducted in 19 cities throughout the United States since April until October.

The Tamron workshops are co-sponsored by Bogen Imaging, Expoimaging, Fujifilm and hosted by leading local photo retailers.

Tonight’s photography lecture by Don Gale will be followed by product demonstration, loaner lenses distribution and giveaways.

Tomorrow, from 9am to 3pm, the participants will be at the Parkside Orchid Nursery, located in historic Bucks County, Ottsville, PA, about 26 miles from New York Camera for some hands-on macro shots of the flowers in the nurseries.

Don Gale’s next stop is Milwaukee, WI on August 17-18 at Mike Crivello’s World of Cameras.
