Sony Vaio TZ-Series Notebook PC

Sony has a new line of sleek and light notebooks designed to empty your wallet, but satisfy the style-conscious geek in you.

The new Vaio TZ line of ultra-portable laptops from Sony of course features high-performance and high-fashion for the money, packing in the power of a larger PC into a small, portable form factor, weighing in at just 2.65 lbs. and slim at less than an inch thin.

Featuring carbon-fiber construction and the latest Intel Core2 Duo processors, the Vaio TZ models range in price from $2300 to $3300. They’ll be seen in stores starting next month.

But beware, because you bought their high-priced notebook, the company might have assumed that you are awash with cash. Be prepared for a deluge of ads; fire up a Sony Vaio for the first time and you will be bombarded with a whole slew of bloatware come-ons for other Sony products. (And the Sony boss says the Apple boss is greedy!)
