SanDisk Corporation today unveiled their microSD Multi SD Kit at the opening day of 3GSM World Conference 2007 in Barcelona, Spain.
The kit brings together in one package a microSD flash card, a miniSD adapter and a standard SD adapter. The package is designed to support all mobile phones with SD-based card slots that accept the micro, mini and standard SD sizes. The Sandisk microSD Multi SD Kit is offered with 512MB, 1GB and 2GB microSD capacities.
In a separate announcement in the same venue, Sandisk also introduced its 4GB microSD high capacity card, touted to be the largest capacity in the smallest memory card.
The new 4GB SanDisk microSDHC card will allow handset manufacturers and mobile network operators to plan rich media services for their customers who increasingly see their phone as their camera, video player, gaming system and music player.
