The British Royal Photographic Society (RPS) is making room for digital images in their 2007 International Projected Image Competition and they are inviting amateurs, students and professional photographers worldwide to submit their digital photos for consideration.

The Society has introduced a new Open Digital Section in addition to the General Slide and Nature Slide categories.

Qualified entrants will receive an RPS presentation CD of the accepted images with their catalogs. The accepted photos will be shown in exhibitions at a number of venues throughout the UK from October 2007 to March 2008.

The deadline for submission of entries is July 31, 2007.
