Ricoh has released a third firmware update for its GR Digital high-resolution compact camera. Version 2.10 of the firmware adds new optional sizes when taking JPEG images simultaneously with RAW, new aspect ratio selection to allow more shots, and finer shooting adjustment of ±0.3 EV in addition to ±0.5 EV.
The firmware update also brings improved auto focus speed and focusing precision in macro photography.
The function-enhancing firmware can be downloaded free of charge from the Ricoh website.
