Parrot DF7700 Photo Frame Accepts Photos via MMS

Parrot DF7700 Digital Photo Frame with MMS

“Hello, is this my Parrot DF7700 digital photo frame? Kindly take these pictures and display it for Mom.” This, in effect, is what you’ll be doing with the new photo frame from Parrot.com; it has its own SIM (subscriber identity module) card just like your phone and you can call it up just like any other phone.

But instead of talking to your photo frame, or sending it text messages, you send it an MMS (multimedia messaging service) message that contains your pictures.

So, wherever you are in the world, you can send your photos to your DF7700 picture frame at home and Mom will see what you’ve been up to.

But that is not all: the DF7700 also features a USB connection and an SD card slot. Whether your photos are stored on your mobile phone, PC or digital camera, you can easily transfer them all to the picture frame. The DF7700 is a real electronic photo album, storing over 500 snaps in its internal memory and sparing you from having to choose between your favourite photos.

The Parrot DF7700 is expected to be in store shelves in time for Christmas.
