National retailer Pamida is now offering its customers the ability to send digital photos from home via the Internet and have them printed for pick up at 187 Pamida stores or mailed to their residence. This new service was created in partnership with online solution provider LifePics and Qualex, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kodak.

LifePics will provide its Internet routing systems where photofinishers and professional photographers are able to accept orders from consumers via the Internet and send those orders directly to a photofinishing lab that is most convenient to the consumer, while Qualex will perform the wholesale photofinishing services for Pamida.

The online service provides customers access to more than 1,000 new photo imaging products from the convenience of their homes. Pamida customers will be able to order regular photo prints or choose from creative borders, magazine covers, photo books, photo calendars, holiday cards, photo gifts, and many more.
