Olympus Offers Photography Seminars to New DSLR Users

Olympus is offering new photography classes for beginner and intermediate users of Olympus E-System digital single lens reflex (DSLR) cameras. Beginning next month, consumers who purchased or received cameras during the holidays and are interested in learning about the art and science of photography may avail of the half-day courses.

The half-day courses will be held at six locations throughout North America. Olympus Technical Representatives, experts in photography and Olympus products, will lead the sessions and help attendees elevate their picture-taking abilities to the next level.

The Olympus Photography Classes will be held February 21 in Atlanta, February 22 in New York, March 28 in Toronto and Chicago, April 25 in San Francisco and May 2 in Denver.

Topics include basic Olympus DSLR features, metering, white balance, shutter speed, depth of field, aperture and image stabilization.
