PNY Tech has released its Olympus-branded 2GB xD-Picture Card, its highest capacity so far for the tiny xD form factor. It’s got Type M specification and is compatible with Olympus’ exclusive panorama function which requires specific support from the media card.
With the 2GB xD-Picture card, digital photographers can take 1,000 shots (with a camera resolution of 8 megapixels) with an Olympus digital still camera in HQ mode (the default high-quality image setting).
